Mission

The Balboa Academy's mission is to provide exemplary educational programs using an accredited U.S. pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade curriculum for multi-national students, preparing them to be successful in the challenging world environment.

Vision

The Balboa Academy envisions a U.S. educational system that provides its students with infinite opportunities for learning and social interaction. The entire faculty share the responsibility for building the academic success of each student. The Academy is a learning laboratory recognized, not only for its ability to provide students with the knowledge and skills required for higher levels of achievement both in the school and in the community, but also for teachers who are active researchers, striving for excellence in their teaching by continually perfecting their skills.

Special Services

Balboa Academy offers the following services:

• Remedial math and reading during school hours.
• Speech, physical, and occupational therapy are available at the school by contract during school hours.

Organizational Structure

Balboa Academy is a non-profit organization guided by a Parent Board of Directors and a Board of Trustees comprised of the founding educators. The Academy is administrated by a Director with proven experience in school administration. The teachers are highly skilled native English-speakers.
