• Used PE Uniforms.  If you have any PE uniforms that you wish to donate to the school clinic, it would be greatly appreciated.  SHayes, RN

• ES Report Cards.  Elementary students will be receiving their final report cards and MAP results between Wednesday, June 11, and Friday, June 13.

• Elementary Media Center News. Please remember the school policy, if a library book has not been retuned before the last day of school (June 11^th, 2008), we will not be able to issue a report card to your child(ren).  If you have any questions, please e-mail me at Bfoster@balboa-academy.org.  BFoster

• Pre-Order for Uniforms.  If you would like to pre-order uniforms for next school year, please fill in the form at the end and return to your respective office. The following conditions apply:

(1)    We will accept checks (made out to Balboa Academy) or exact cash.  If cash is not exact, the order will be returned.

(2)     Please indicate exact size.

(3)     Indicate color of polo – see uniform requirement following the form.

(4)     P.E. pants (long), all sizes - $9.00

(5)     Black sweatshirts (Grades 9-12 only) - $22.00

           Orders can be picked up in the Uniform Room by July 28^th.  To check on your order, please go by the

             Uniform Shop. Note:  The Uniform Shop will be open until June 30^th and reopen again on July 28^th.

 

·    Battle of the Books Program. If you have a child going into 3^rd – 12^th grade and they might want to join this reading program, please contact Mr. Foster at bfoster@balboa-academy.org or check the Elementary Media Center webpage.

• Students Not Returning.  If your child(ren) are not returning next school year, please notify your respective office so that school records can be prepared.

• Early Withdrawals.  If you are withdrawing your child(ren) early, please check that all school fees have been paid, books/locks have been turned in, hours due to excessive absences have been made up if you are in MS/HS, etc., in order to receive report cards/transcripts.

• Essays.  A book of essays from HS students who are taking the Introduction to College English class is available.  If you would like to purchase a copy, please email Dr. Sirias at ssirias@balboa-academy.org.  Price:  $3.00
